SIOUX CITY, Iowa – Sept. 16, 2020 – Workers have completed a project to replace a culvert on U.S. 59 south of Denison in Crawford County. The roadway will be reopened to traffic at 8 a.m. Thursday, Sept. 17, weather permitting, according to the Iowa Department of Transportation’s District 3 Office.
